Learning beyond the classroom, into the courtroom!

Semester 2 students stepped into the shoes of legal professionals as they presented their cases in the Moot Court 🏛️

With well-researched briefs, persuasive reasoning, and confident advocacy, the courtroom came alive with thoughtful debates and sharp rebuttals. Each case reflected not just subject knowledge, but the ability to think critically, articulate clearly, and engage with real-world legal complexities.

A powerful glimpse into experiential learning, where theory meets practice, and future educators and professionals learn to question, argue, and lead.

Adding to this, Mr. Aditya (Faculty, SoL, MRU) aptly shared:

"Law isn't confined just to the courtrooms, it's a lived experience governed by dynamic documents. When Academicians and students, who belong to non law disciplines, involve themselves in Moot Court exercise then they add a very novel and effective tool of instruction and evaluation in their knowledge system.

The students from the school of education displayed immense energy, sincerity and sensitivity while presenting the various legal cases that they prepared. It was impressive to observe their performances. A huge thanks to HOD ma'am, Ms. Aishwarya and Ms. Prachya for coming up with such brilliant interdisciplinary initiatives. Hoping for more such collaborations ahead."
