From the Dean's Desk

It gives me great pleasure to present our college magazine, “Becoming,” a vivid expression of the intellectual vigour, imagination, and commitment that animate our academic community. This edition captures the many ways in which our learners and educators question, create, and grow together in meaningful educational journeys.
At the School of Education and Humanities, Manav Rachna University, we view education as a transformative, lifelong endeavour rather than a sequence of courses or examinations. We aspire to nurture professionals who are conceptually strong, ethically grounded, and deeply responsive to the realities of an increasingly complex world.  I envision “Becoming” as a space where ideas and practice continually inform one another.
This magazine brings together diverse voices from our community—students, faculty, and collaborators—offering reflections, analyses, and creative work that speak to both local contexts and global conversations. I am deeply grateful to the editorial team and all contributors for curating a publication that is thoughtful, rigorous, and aesthetically engaging.
I hope “Becoming” invites you to pause, reflect, and remain inspired to keep learning, questioning, and contributing to the evolving landscape of education.

From the HOD's Desk

It is a pleasure to share our departmental magazine "Becoming". This publication reflects the energy, ideas, and creativity that define our academic community.

At our department, we believe education goes beyond classrooms and curricula. We aim to nurture individuals who are not only knowledgeable but also thoughtful, responsible, and sensitive to the world around them. Guided by the larger vision of the university, we continue to explore new ways of teaching, learning, and researching in a constantly changing educational landscape.

This magazine brings together voices from across our community—students, faculty, and researchers—each offering unique perspectives and experiences. It is a space where ideas meet expression, where critical thinking coexists with creativity, and where learning finds new meaning.

In a time when education is evolving rapidly, such platforms become important for reflection and dialogue. They encourage us to pause, think, and reimagine how we engage with knowledge and with each other.

I would like to sincerely thank everyone who has contributed to this magazine. Your efforts make this publication meaningful and vibrant.

I hope this magazine engages you, inspires you, and encourages you to keep learning and questioning.
