Every educator remembers the moment they begin to see teaching not as a profession, but as a purpose.

For Zoya Muneer, a B.Ed. IB student at the Manav Rachna School of Education & Humanities, that realization emerged through a learning journey that encouraged reflection, inquiry, and continuous self-discovery.

What stood out most in her experience was the opportunity to explore education from multiple perspectives. The programme challenged her to think deeply about how students learn, how classrooms can foster agency, and how educators can create spaces where curiosity thrives. Rather than focusing solely on teaching methods, the experience encouraged her to develop her own philosophy of education.

The International Baccalaureate framework introduced her to the importance of reflection, intercultural understanding, and learner-centred approaches—principles that continue to shape her aspirations as an educator.

As she looks ahead, Zoya carries with her not only professional knowledge but also a stronger sense of purpose and identity.
