Leadership Talk Series at the School of Education and Humanities, MRU

The School of Education and Humanities, Manav Rachna University, in association with the Office of Quality Assurance and Accreditation, organized an insightful session under the Leadership Talk Series on “Leadership Lessons: Turning Points and Purpose.”

The session was led by Mrs. Paramjit Kaur Narang, Retd. School Director, Pathways School, Gurgaon, who shared her invaluable journey and reflections on leadership in education.

The highlight of the talk was how she brought her real-life experiences into classroom practice through storytelling, making the session both relatable and inspiring. Her words reminded us that leadership is not confined to titles — it grows through purpose, empathy, and everyday experiences that shape our learners.
